Shanna Moll

a trailblazer with over 37 years of experience, sold her business for over seven figures. She is a Master Hair Stylist, Color Specialist, and Hair Loss Expert. Her empathy, life experience, business acumen, and quest for continuing education on behalf of her students makes her uniquely qualified to help those experiencing hair loss at any stage - from first notice to profound hair loss. The studio previously owned by Shanna provided top-tier hair loss solutions, partnering exclusively with leading companies renowned for their excellence within the industry.

In addition, Shanna works tirelessly to help educate other stylists, and the general public, as to new advances in prevention of hair loss through increasing awareness in scalp health, the science of trichology and many available hair replacement solutions. Her passion is to help her students help their clients to feel as good on the outside as they feel on the inside. Her goal for every student is to allow their clients to live their life without compromise. With a process called Brilliant BondingTM a no shave method of Hair Replacement.

Taylor Savoie

has been in the hair industry for eight years, starting her journey at the Aveda Institute of New Orleans. With a background in artistry and makeup, she honed her skills in various salons and expanded into film, fashion, and theatre work. Facing challenges like COVID-19 and a hurricane, Taylor moved to Austin, Texas, where she found her passion for hair replacement at Shanna Moll Studios (now Refined Hair). Mentored by Shanna, Taylor combined her hair knowledge with hair replacement techniques, discovering deep satisfaction in her work. Beyond simply changing appearances, Taylor discovered a profound sense of purpose by restoring confidence and self-esteem. In doing so, she realized her potential in color work: aspiring to be a part of educating others. Inspired to share her expertise, Taylor is creating an educational course that bridges traditional hair coloring with hair replacement color techniques. With Shanna's guidance, she aims to empower professionals to excel in this transformative field.
